High School Resources

NCPS graduation requirements go beyond the state minimum requirements. We require 28 credits for students to graduate. The following chart from the NC Department of Instruction clearly identifies which courses are required.  The total, however, does not include the additional electives required by Nash County Public Schools.

Promotion Requirements: 

5 credits=Sophomore

12 credits=Junior

20 credits= Senior
