The purpose of this organization shall be to promote the ideals of honesty, service, morality, ethical conduct, and leadership among secondary school students; to reward meritorious academic achievement; and to encourage and assist students in continuing their education after high school.


Southern Nash Beta Club requires students to have a cumulative 3.5 unweighted GPA at the time of inductions (3 high school semesters completed).  Once inducted, students are to maintain good academic standing for the duration of their membership. Members must also complete a minimum of 12 volunteer points per academic year, at least half of those points must be obtained as in school hours.
